Shipping policy

All orders are shipped with a trackandtrace code. If an order is delivered to a collection point, it is the customer's responsibility to collect it on time. If the package is returned, shipping costs will be charged again.

Please be aware, as customer you are responsible if customs charge any additional costs (VAT). If you refuse to pay those costs, the package will be returned by the shipping company. In this case, we will not refund the shipping costs.

 

Shipping time’

We do our ultimate best to ship all orders within 1-2 business days. Please note that we only dispatch orders Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 3pm ON Friday will not be processed until Monday. Delays of 2-3 business days may happen after restocking.

As soon as your order is ready , you will receive a pick-up confirmation.

Order pick-up will be ready within 48 hours.
