We have a return policy of 14 days, wich means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and with seal, original packaging, with tags, undamaged, free of make-up and parfume.

To start a return, contact us at info@tasiraglamrish.com. If your return I accepted, you can fill in the return form that is found beneath our website. On this form you will find the information and address to return to. We will not accept items that are sent back to us without a request.

Damage/ issue items

Please contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective or if you have receive the incorrect item, so that we can be able to solve the issue for you and make it correct.

 

Non-returnable items

Certain types of items are not returnable, like used hair care products or with broken seal. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

To ensure what you want, is to return the item you have, once we have accepted the return, you can make a separate purchase for a new item.

 

Refunds

Once we’ve received and checked your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If if approved, the payment will be refunded to your original payment method. Please be noticed it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
